- I agree to ship product that has been paid (via Paypal) ASAP. You will need to provide me with your name and address information. Marnie’s Personal Touch is not responsible for mis-shipments if you have provided me with the wrong information.
- You may wish to send me a check or money order for your purchase. This is acceptable, however, I WILL WAIT TWO BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE CHECK TO CLEAR THE BANK AND ANY CHECKS THAT ARE RETURNED FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS WILL BE ASSESSED AN ADDITIONAL $30.00 CHARGE.
- I agree to not bill you if product is not available. Once the product has been completed, you will be E-mailed or phoned. It is at that time that I will send you an invoice as well as a photo (through E-mail only) of the product. You can then determine if you will purchase the product.
- Materials that are used will be noted next to each picture. In most cases, the product will have sterling silver findings (i.e. jump rings, clasps, silver chain, etc …) IT WILL BE NOTED BY THE PIECE IF IT INCLUDES SOMETHING OTHER THAN STERLING SILVER.
- I, as the shipper, will protect your purchase to the best of my ability by packing it in a suitable envelope along with bubble wrap, if necessary as well as marking the package “Fragile” to allow for safe handling by the carrier.
- Product, once purchased, is non-refundable.
